Age Policy

Minimum Age Requirement: By completing a purchase on the Hytalion Haven store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors: If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has given you explicit permission to make this purchase. That parent or guardian must have read and agreed to all terms on this page — including the Refund and Cancellation Policy below — and is considered the responsible party for the transaction.

Payment Method Authorization: You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you, or that you have clear authorization from the cardholder or account owner to use it. Using a parent's, guardian's, or any third party's payment method without their consent will be treated as fraudulent activity.

Right to Verify: Hytalion Haven reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age or guardian consent at any time. Purchases found to violate this policy may be voided at our discretion, and the associated in-game account may be subject to suspension. Hytalion Haven is not liable for purchases made by minors without proper guardian authorization.

Applicability: This policy applies to every package, rank, cosmetic, key, currency bundle, and any other digital good or service available in this store, regardless of price or category.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final: All purchases made through the Hytalion Haven store are for intangible digital goods. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason.

Immediate Delivery Waiver: By clicking "Purchase" or "Pay," you give express consent for your digital content to be delivered immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal under local law.

Disputes and Chargebacks: Filing a dispute or initiating a chargeback through your payment provider or bank constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. This will result in the permanent termination of your account, a ban from Hytalion Haven, and the blacklisting of your associated payment information.

Legal Compliance: No exceptions to this policy will be made except where required by mandatory local law (for example, in cases of defective goods that cannot be repaired or replaced). We reserve the right to contest any fraudulent chargebacks using transaction logs and delivery confirmation records.
